Peer learning activity on Promoting a Culture of Quality, 11 and 12 June 2018, Dubrovnik
We are pleased to invite you to the Peer Learning Activity on Promoting a Culture of Quality which will be organized by the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education within the EQAVET NRP Erasmus+ project.
The PLA will take place at hotel Lero, located just outside the Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The one-and-half-day activity will commence on Monday, 11 June, in the morning hours, and finish on Tuesday, 12 June, at early afternoon.

Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education organizes a peer learning activity (PLA) on promoting culture of quality, on 11th and 12th of June 2018 in Dubrovnik Croatia.
Peer training in Finland held within the ERASMUS+ EQAVET NRP project
Finnish national reference point (NRP) EDUFI organized transnational Peer training for the NRPs representatives and Transnational Peers from Austria, Slovenia and Croatia on 13 and 14 February 2018. The purpose of the training was to acquaint participants with the process of organization and implementation of Transnational Peer Review.
AVETAE senior expert advisors study visit to Vienna within the Erasmus + EQAVET project
In cooperation with Austrian Reference Point for Quality Assurance in VET - ARQA-VET, the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education organized a study visit to Vienna for AVETEA senior expert advisers on December 11-12, 2017. The visit was organized with the aim of familiarization with the implementation of EQAVET and Austrian approaches to quality assurance with special emphasis on work-based-learning with the purpose of studying good practice and exchange of experiences.
EQAVET newsletter 16, December 2017
The 16th issue of EQAVET Newsletter has been published in the context of adopting a new Recommendation on tracking graduates of VET and higher education on 20 November 2017 by the Council of Ministers of Education. Tracking graduates initiative has been one of the actions announced in the New Skills Agenda for Europe published in June 2016 and part of the renewed EU agenda for higher education.
Peer Learning Activity (PLA) held within the Erasmus + EQAVET project
A peer learning activity on 5th and 6th of December 2017 in Zagreb was organized by the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education. The PLA brought together representatives of the NRPs (National Reference Points) for quality assurance as well as vocational education providers and other bodies responsible for vocational education and training from seven countries.
VET Schools Self-Assessment Teacher-Training Events
As part of its regular activities, and supported through the Erasmus+ project European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training: National Reference Point (EQAVET NRP) for 2017-2019, the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education has held eight regional teacher-training events for VET teachers and principals whose schools are currently undergoing self-assessment processes. Training events are held with purpose of supporting VET schools and Quality Committees in the implementation of the self-assessment process.
This activity is a continuation of new cycle of professional training and continuous support for VET schools in the process of self-assessment.

VET Schools Self-Assessment Teacher-Training Events
The Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education has held from 13th to 27th March 2017 four regional workshops about self-assessment, supported through the Erasmus+ project European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training: National Reference Point (EQAVET NRP).
