National Peer Reviews - Evaluation Meeting
The evaluation meeting of the national peer reviews was held in Sveti Martin na Muri on April 28 and 29, 2025. The national peer reviews were conducted at the end of 2024, from October to December, with a total of six national peer reviews in six different vocational schools. The schools represented two sectors: Economics, Trade, and Business Administration, and Health and Social Care, with three schools from each sector.

National Peer Reviews Carried Out as Part of Erasmus+ Project EQAVET NRP HR
From September to December, National Peer Reviews were carried out as part of the Erasmus+ project EQAVET NRP HR. The Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education organized and supported the participants. Six schools participated in the assessments, three from the sectors of economics, trade, and business administration, and three from the health and social care sectors.

Successful Completion of Transnational Peer Review Webinar and Training Part II for VET Providers
On November 22, 2024, an online training session titled "Transnational Peer Review at VET Providers Level - Training Part II" was successfully conducted as part of the Erasmus+ EQAVET NRPs joint activity. The event, organized by the National Reference Points (NRPs) from Croatia, Estonia, Finland, and Slovenia, aimed to enhance the quality assurance processes in vocational education and training (VET) institutions.

Transnational Peer Review - first webinar for participants and everyone interested
On October 10, 2024, an online seminar on transnational peer review at the provider level for vocational education and training was held, gathering around 60 participants. The seminar was organized by the National Reference Points (NRP) from Croatia, Estonia, Finland, and Slovenia within the Erasmus+ EQAVET NRP project. The event focused on improving quality assurance in vocational education. Key topics included peer review methodologies, EU initiatives, and sustainability in vocational education. The event provided valuable insights into these topics and laid the foundation for the future development of transnational peer reviews.

Transnational Peer Review Criteria Workshop to Enhance Sustainable Development in VET Providers
The joint EQAVET project team, comprising members from Finland, Croatia, Estonia, and Slovenia, successfully hosted a Transnational Peer Review Criteria Workshop on Thursday, September 26, 2024. Held online via Teams, the three-hour workshop focused on evaluating the quality of activities promoting sustainable development among Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers.

Study on Peer Review and the work of the EQAVET Network
Study on Peer Review in VET, conducted by the EQAVET expert Giorgio Alluli in cooperation with EQAVET Secretariat in first half of 2019 is now published. The study provides insights into the benefits of the peer review for the VET system, and includes, among others, reflection on peer reviews organized by Croatian NRP – Agency for VET and AE – together with Austrian, Finnish and Slovenian NRPs in scope of the former EQAVET NRP project.
