The evaluation meeting of the national peer reviews was held in Sveti Martin na Muri on April 28 and 29, 2025. The national peer reviews were conducted at the end of 2024, from October to December, with a total of six national peer reviews in six different vocational schools. The schools represented two sectors: Economics, Trade, and Business Administration, and Health and Social Care, with three schools from each sector.

All participants involved in the preparation and implementation of the peer reviews attended the evaluation meeting, whether as hosts of the reviews or as peer experts visiting the reviewed schools. Their feedback will be used to improve the existing European peer review instrument and adapt it better to our national context. Additionally, two representatives who participated in international peer reviews contributed their experience to the understanding of international peer reviews.

As the final product of this activity, a Handbook with practical advice for conducting national and international peer reviews is planned. This handbook will complement the Handbook for European Peer Review and the handbook with a list of areas and quality criteria. The handbook will be enriched with the experiences of schools that will share advice and examples of good practice. It is expected that the handbook will be available by the end of the year, in both printed and digital form.
